1. Refund policy
Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within the statutory period. Returns are only accepted if the product shows no signs of use and is in its original condition.

4. Return Costs
• Return shipping costs are covered by the store if the product is unused.
5. Refunds
• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the store refunds the payment to the customer’s account within 14 business days.
